I interviewed with a second year student at Fuqua. There were about seven other interviewees waiting in the admissions office when I got there. Current students also came in and out throughout my time there to answer any last minute questions applicants had. The interview was very casual, and lasted about 35 minutes. The interviewer started by telling me about her background, and then asked me to walk her through my resume. She didn’t ask follow up questions at that time, but did reference some things I mentioned later during the interview. After reviewing my resume, she asked me to describe:
- A mistake I made in a leadership position
- What my greatest success has been
- How I would define my leadership style
- How my friends would describe me
She then asked me to talk about why I like Fuqua. The interview ended with her asking me what questions I had for her.
