Thanks to this page, I walked into my interview feeling pretty good. Thanks, ClearAdmit! Good thing I brought extra resumes as my interviewer did not have mine.
The questions were pretty standard:
- Walk me through your resume
- What are your short/long term goals?
- Why Kellogg?
- Tell me more about the organization you started during your undergraduate days (I was the founder of a cultural organization in college, and my interviewer asked a few follow-up questions after this)
- Tell me three traits that you believe a good leader possesses?
- Tell me about a time you dealt with conflict with a co-worker or peer?
The interview lasted about 30 minutes, with 5 minutes for questions I had for her. She was super nice and friendly, probably the nicest interviewer for business school I’ve had. Very informal and casual – much more of a back-and-forth than straight Q&A.
Good luck to all.
