London Business School MBA Admissions Interview Questions: Round 1/ Alumnus / Off-campus

Thank you for all the contributions here; mine is the following:

My interview took place at the alumnus’ office. The interview lasted about 2 hours; it is important to have on mind that if you are a woman your interviewer would be a woman (and if a guy it would be a guy).

The interview started by introducing the structure we were gonna follow; she told me that the “presentation” you have to work on during the interview is more to know how structured you are and not so much the opinion about the topic (so if you don’t know anything about the topic you get, at least you can try to be really structure) and this was at the end. All of it was in ENglish; except for my questions about the program and next steps after the interview.

Most of the questions she made me are below; hope they are useful:
1. Walk me through your résumé
2. Specific questions about my professional experience or some things I wrote on my application form
3. Why an MBa
4. WHy LBS? Why the other universities I had apply to? WHich one would you choose
5. What will you do if you are on waiting list in LBS? WHat happen if LBS tells you to apply next year?
6. WHat is leadership?
7. Are you a leader? why? what type of leader?
8. What would you teammates say abou tyou?
9. Weakness/strengths
10. WHat would you contribute to the MBA
