The following Cornell / Johnson MBA interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!
My Cornell Johnson was a semi-blind Interview. So the interviewer had my résumé as well as some notes by people who had read through my application. It was a relaxed atmosphere and the atmosphere was really friendly. At the start of the interview she tried to strike a conversation which unexpectedly gave me the opportunity to talk about how many people I had connected with in the institution. Then when the interview started she asked me the following questions.
1) Tell me about your career journey, how your responsibilities increased
2) Why did you move to sales from marketing?
3) Something in your job that kept you up at night
4) Some time when you had to deal with interpersonal conflicts in a group
5) How will you contribute to Johnson outside of classroom?
6) What have you been doing now? (since I am not working currently, they asked me this question)
7) Have you been connecting with people for your job search?
8) Any questions for me?
