The following is a report from an applicant who was invited to interview at Chicago Booth. The applicant shares their Booth MBA admissions interview questions:
I just finished up with my Booth interview. The conversation was very informal. In addition to the regular resume review, career goal, and why Booth questions, I was asked the following behavioral questions:
- As you progressed in your career, what was the most challenging or surprising thing you realized when you began to manage more and more people?
- When working on a team, describe how you had to motivate the team to complete a task.
- Was there a time when you had a direct conflict with a coworker?
- What was a piece of feedback that you received and how did you respond to it?
