My interview was with an adcom member. She did had my resume in front of her (she made a few notes on it during the interview), but she didn’t explicitly mention whether she had read my application.
Questions were standard, no curveballs: Tell me about yourself. Why MBA? Why Goizueta? Leadership outside work? What has been your most meaningful professional experience? What would your peers say about you? How would your friends describe you? Any questions for me?
The interviewer was very friendly and ended by apologizing that the interview had to be done at this late hour (it was 12:30 AM IST). She didn’t really probe me, but rather encouraged me to share more specifics. She seemed very enthusiastic about Atlanta, and that seemed to rub off on me too.
