I got waitlisted. Entire interview took about 40 minutes. I was surprised by the lack of follow-up to the behavioral questions. I also expected the first question of the interview to be “What’s changed since you applied?”. This came at the end and wasn’t really phrased that way. So I was thrown off. The interview was very conversational and the interviewer was very friendly.
