A bit late but sharing the interview experience that I had for UNC Kenan-Flagler. I had my interview on 5th January for round 2 and it was conducted by an adcom. It was, as most of the seniors said, a conversation wherein she tried to understand my motivation to do an MBA, my work-ex and most importantly why at UNC Kenan Flagler. It started of with a 20 + 10 min (20 min for her to know me and 10 min for questions from my side) but eventually it went on till 40 min.
Some of the questions asked were :
1. What do you currently work on?
2. What is the proudest moment at workplace?
3. What are your goals going further?
4. What made you choose UNC as the preferred School?
5. How will you contribute to the MBA program?
6. Strange but: What else do you want us to know that UNC will gain from you ?
7. Questions for me?
Mostly, I would suggest prepare some good answers for WHY part, as they really love listening about the school. But also keep it very personal i.e. pertinent to your careers goals. Do not talk generic stuff. Rest be normal, of course that easier said than done.
