This was a highly conversational interview. The interviewer was engaging and seemed genuinely interested in the process. She had a copy of my résumé, though it was not necessarily ‘blind’ according to Berkeley’s own website.
Standard questions:
• Walk me through your résumé?
• Clarification of goals
• Why Haas? Why MBA?
• How would you contribute to the community?
There weren’t (nor would there be for you) any surprises, other than how pleasant it was. Likely that was due to the individual interviewer, though.
