Why did you make the move to your new employer?
Why were you interested in working at your previous employer?
Tell me about this project you mentioned in your résumé.
Who were the main competitors for your previous employer?
One of your recommenders mentioned he gave you feedback on this, can you tell me more about that?
I was surprised they did not ask more about why I want my MBA, why HBS, etc.
