The following Duke / Fuqua interview questions and report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 1 applicant. Good luck to them!
Interview was with a second year student in a private room on-campus. Very conversational and very relaxed. The answers you provide guide the interview for the most part. Standard format; they start with their background, you provide your background, jump into questions, and then ask them questions. While my interview had a copy of my resume, it didn’t seem as if they read it beforehand.
Here are a few of the questions in no particular order:

Why get an MBA? And why get it now?
Tell me about yourself.
Give me a time when you lead a team or were part of a team and things didn’t work out.
What would your current supervisor say is defining characteristic?
Give me a time when you’ve worked with someone else and had a conflict.
Give me a time when you’ve had to give someone else negative feedback.
What will you contribute to Fuqua?
What makes you unique?
What do you like to do outside of work?
