Pleasant interview experience. Fairly short at 30 minutes. A female 2nd year interviewed me. She didn’t have my background and was genuinely passionate about the school. Interview was informal and relaxed. She had my résumé but that was it and had read it beforehand as she knew well my background.
Questions were:
Tell me about yourself (i.e. introduce yourself).
Why MBA?
Why Rice?
Give me an example of leadership.
Give me an example of conflict.
Why did you choose your career field?
