The following UVA Darden MBA interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 1 applicant. Good luck to them!
I interviewed in early November on-campus with a woman from the adcom as well as a female second year student who was training to do interviews herself. The interviewers had only seen my résumé. They asked me to spend about 30 mins walking through my “story.” I described my education background, how I got my current job, what I did at my current job, why I wanted to get an MBA, and why Darden. They asked small questions throughout just looking for more detail. There were no technical or behavioral questions – only fit. They were both very nice and personable and did a great job of making me feel comfortable. No surprise questions.
Probably the easiest and most laid-back of all the b school interviews I did.
