Interviewed in an on-campus office with an adcom. Lasted about 45 minutes.
Very quickly walked through my résumé and then was asked all of the typical questions such as: why MBA, why now, why Johnson, future goals, strengths, etc.
Was asked to describe a recent project at work and to pick a few highlights for the adcom. We talked a lot about Ithaca. Really no difficult questions.
Biggest surprise was the lack of questions about my past. Most of the interview was focused on future plans. Adcom was very down to earth.
