The following USC Marshall MBA interview report was submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!
My interviewer asked basic questions. No questions were unexpected and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I provided a copy of my résumé. She asked:
- Tell me about yourself
- Why an MBA, why now?
- Why Marshall?
- Tell me what you bring to the Marshall class.
- Describe a leadership challenge.
Overall I think it went well. I’m prior military and I don’t think the details of my resume were understood well by the interviewer, but I was able to describe what I took away from each position I held. Guess I’ll see in a week or two!
