The interview was conducted over skype with a second-year student. The interview was relaxed and conversational. The interviewer was just provided with my resume ahead of the interview. My interviewer asked th3. e following questions:
- Walk me through your résumé and experience
- Why an MBA? Why now? Why McCombs?
- How would you engage with your classmates and on campus?
- What are you short term and long term goals?
- Do you have a back-up plan or other thoughts if your goals do not work out?
- Please describe a time where you resolved a conflict at work.
- What are 2 of your strengths and 2 of your weaknesses
- Any questions for me (the interviewer)
The interview went relatively as expected. My interviewer was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my decision to pursue an MBA.
