The following Michigan / Ross MBA interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!
It was a fairly relaxed environment. I went in for one of those weekend interviews in mid Feb which meant there were tons of other fellow applicants interviewing that day.
The second year started out by asking general questions such as “Tell me about yourself.” As the interview progressed, we went more into detail about my career goals and my past experiences.
The questions also focused a lot on teamwork and ability to work well with people of different backgrounds.
After the one on one, I later participated in the group interview. Give you two random words, and you have to come up with with a story weaving those words. Also you later combine your words with others on a team to come up with a business problem and solution.
