Only 1 interviewer. Friendly but fast-paced environment. Here are the main questions in order asked:
A) Introduction
1. Let me introduce myself
2. When did you arrive here?
B) Education
3. So, let’s start at [university]. Why did you study [major]?
4. You did a thesis on [x]. Why did you choose this subject?
C) Professional Experience
5. So, you worked at the [company x]. How/why did you end up there?
6. What did you do?
7. How did you end up in [company y]?
8. What’s the difference between company x and y?
9. What do you do?
10. What does the space look like…who are your competitors?
11. What is a typical day like?
12. What is your role?
13. What is an example of a project you worked on?
14. Did the government decide to follow your recommendation?
15. So, you work on two other companies?
16. I looked at your salary. And, it is less than peers. What happened?
D) Economic (World View)
17. So, if you were to introduce your country’s economy to your classmates, what would you say?
18. What about the political economic stability in the region? How would you describe that situation?
19. Very interesting. What’s the inflation rate right now?
E) Closing
20. Anything you wish I had asked?
21. Actually, I was about to ask you that … why [post-MBA goal]?
22. And who is someone you are willing to work for?

My advise would be: prepare in advance. rest before the interview. immerse yourself in an environment that makes you feel at peace. be ready to jump from one topic to the other, and above all, do not forget to keep that smile on your face 🙂
