The following Berkeley / Haas MBA interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!
Berkeley Haas sent me a link to the online platform. I clicked on the link 15 minutes before the interview and there was a count down. I was signed in using safari which wasn’t compatible with the system so didn’t sign-in and I had to firefox and join the interview 2 minutes late. The interviewer was a professional nice guy with expertise very similar to mine. I answered the following questions:
– Tell me about yourself.
-Why MBA and why HAAS?
– What would I do in a hypothetical situation in which team is not performing well and couple other follow up questions on what if even those solutions I provided fail.
– Tell me about a challenge in a team and how you approached it and what you learned?
– What kind of people annoy me the most and why.
-What I learned in one of the online courses and how I am going to apply those principles (No details necessary so was easy to answer)
In general the interview was very friendly and pleasant. I got to ask my questions in the end and received very genuine and helpful responses. Loved the experience and am looking forward to hearing from the school.
