The following UNC Kenan-Flagler interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!
I went up to UNC for the open interview season in early November, although I did not submit an application until December 2017 (for Round 2). My interview was with a member of the adcom. He was extremely friendly and it was a very positive experience. It was obvious that he had briefly reviewed my resume prior to the interview session. We talked about his background for a bit and then he had me walk through the basic points of my resume. He asked follow up questions about personal achievements I was proud of, how my managers would describe me, etc. The interviewer was very interested in my short-term and long-term goals and how Kenan-Flagler could help me get there. The overall sense of the interview was how KF could help me in the long run. He also asked me if my GMAT/GRE score was competitive.
At the end there was some time for me to ask questions. All in all it lasted about 30-45 minutes. None of the questions were particularly difficult to respond to and it was a great way to get a good sense of the culture at Kenan-Flagler. I would definitely recommend an on-campus interview if possible.
