The interview was straightforward: Why MBA, Why SOM, Biggest Success, Biggest Failure, and whether I have any questions.
The second-year interviewer was very friendly, and we chatted off-topic for about 5 mins talking about her interests and weekend plan since I was genuinely interested in what she does on campus.
The thing that surprised me the most was how friendly and down-to-earth everyone on campus was, which break my pre-conceived notion of MBA students. I interviewed at a couple top 5 schools and people I met there were more business-y type (I come from non-traditional background).
