My interviewer was very friendly and conversational. It almost felt like he was trying to sell me on UNC because he kept talking about how it was the best school he had ever worked for, and how amazing the environment was. He had a copy of my resume but had not looked through the rest of my application. Overall good experience, waiting to hear back.
