My interview was via skype and while I prefer face to face interviews, the interviewer made me feel very comfortable and showed a genuine interest in knowing me. It was quite conversational in nature and lasted exactly 30 minutes.
The questions that I had were as follows:
1) Tell me something interesting that you read recently
2) Why an MBA at this point in your career?
3) What are your short term and long term goals?
4) How will McDonough help you attain these goals?
5) Share an experience where you experienced conflict working in a team and how did you go about responding to the same?
6) Tell me about a time when you lead a team
7) Share 2 weaknesses that you have
8) Any questions for me?
