The following U. Chicago Booth interview questions and report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 1 applicant. Good luck to them!
I arrived at the main office 10 minutes prior to my interview. I was greeted by two current students who I had a nice conversation with. We talked about my background, their MBA experience, and professional goals. Then the interviewer came to welcome me and led me into a small room. The interviewer was very cordial; he came from a educational background and seemed very interested in my finance experience. Some of his questions (from what I remember) include
1) Walk me through your resume
2) Tell me about your professional goals and how Booth fits into this picture
3) What is your weakness
4) Have you been continuing to improve your weakness
5) Tell me about a leadership experience
6) Tell me about a time when you tried to improve something around you
Overall, the interview was very conversational and fluid. I thought my answers were very strong and compelling. Ultimately, I did not get an offer. I believe this was due to other aspects of my application, not my interview (Booth selects 50%+ of applicant pool to interview)
