The following Michigan Ross MBA interview questions & report were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 2 applicant. Good luck to them!
This was my first interview in R2. I received my interview invite within 2 weeks of application submission , and interviewed within 4 weeks of the application submission.
I interviewed in a barista cafe in front of IIT Delhi. It was a blind interview and the interviewer reviewed a copy of the resume that I took just before starting the interview.
Below are the questions that I was asked:
- Tell me something about yourself
- What beings you here
- What are my weaknesses ?
- An incident where I had a ethical dilemma
- An incident where I led a team
- The craziest thing which I have done in my life
- What was the rationale behind my craziest thing and how does the philosophy relate to my long term career goal ?
- Any questions you have for me ?
- The interviewer was very friendly and ensured that I held completely comfortable.
