A Harvard Business School MBA interview report with questions were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 1 applicant.
All the candidates for my interview time slot waited in the waiting room together. Honestly, you could feel the tension and nervousness of everyone around you (people were playing with the Legos provided at each table). However, the interview itself was much much more casual than I thought…to a point, where you feel great after but then wonder if you messed up because it was so casual.
Advice
I could honestly say that I’ve heard the same from some admits, and so my best advice is to not overthink it! Just be yourself and know your story and application (essay, resume, even the short answers to your jobs) very well. I got asked a few very pointed questions to very specific areas in my application.
My interview was with 1 person. The interviewers have read your application inside out so all questions really depend on each candidate. They’re really looking to verify you wrote your app, you are the same person on paper, and your fit in the incoming class.
