A Yale SOM MBA interview report questions were submitted to Clear Admit by a Round 1 applicant who interviewed on-campus.
I had my interview on one of SOM’s “superdays” with a few dozen other prospective students. My interviewer explained how long the interview would take (30 min) and asked pretty straight-forward questions that you could typically expect in a behavioral / MBA interview.
Know your story inside and out and be prepared to elaborate on any aspects as my interviewer followed-up on a few questions based on what I said in the previous question.
Overall very conversational and relaxed. I wish I knew more about my interviewer in advance, but I spoke with other students and all had similar experiences.
