The Harvard MBA admissions interview was really relaxed — I truly got the sense my interviewer was just looking to get to know me.
The visit was good. There were lots of activities (classes, lunch with the director, tours, chats, etc) during the day you could pick to be a part of. I found that everyone else interviewing was also really nice. We all chatted in the waiting area 15 minutes before our interview and right up until we each got pulled into the private rooms with our interviewers. My interviewer was very sweet — kept telling me that none of the questions were meant to be “trick questions”!
There were no surprises. Most people could’ve done an interview like mine cold if their application is true.
