Wharton Team-Based Discussion
We all arrived 15 minutes before our TBD so were able to get familiar with each other which was helpful. The TBD itself was fairly smooth and collaborative – the time flies by thought, so my advice would be to keep close watch on time.
My Team Based Discussion was very similar to what others have shared – we had 35 minutes to discuss. After the time started, we each gave our 1 minute pitch. Then we decided on a combination of the ideas and fleshed it out more. We used the last 5 minutes to present. The discussion was fairly friendly, however we struggled to stay on track and I had to bring the group back a few times. This is also a good role to take on. We had someone white board, someone keep time and someone take detailed notes.
