I had my Yale interview in early March, in London with an adcom. The interview was very structured, and lasted exactly for 30 minutes. The interview was blind-based, so the interviewer had only seen my CV and my quote prior to the interview.

- Why MBA?
- Why Yale?
- What was your greatest accomplishment?
- What was your greatest mistake?
- Please explain your quote.
- Do you have any questions?
All in all, a very pleasant interview experience without major surprises. I believe the adcom primarily really wants to get to know you, and assess your fit with the school.
