The interviewer had read my application.
Questions:
- Why MBA ?
- Why Kelley ?
- What is difference between leader and manager ?
- Who was the best leader I worked for ?
- How would I handle conflict with teammates ?
- If I had to pick and ideal team , what qualities would I look for in the teammates ?
- What would I bring to the classroom ?
- A challenging part in my current job ? And how I overcame it ?
- One regret in my career so far ?
- Favorite movie ? ( I had stated that I was a movie buff in my apps)
- Any questions about the program ?
Overall , this interview was behavioral with emphasis on team dynamics. I connected with the interviewer in the first question itself. Thereafter it was quite conversational. Except Q6 and Q9 , everything else was pretty straightforward.
Final Outcome : Got admit with $$
