Interview was very conversational and it was quicker than I thought (30 min).
The questions were:
- Walk me through your resume.
- Why MBA?
- Why Anderson?
- What will you do instead if your post-MBA plan doesn’t work out?
- What triggered you to follow your post-MBA goal? (I said I wanted to switch from brand management to social impact consulting, so she wanted me to elaborate on my motivation and how this career goal developed for me over time.)
5 minutes were left for my questions, so I asked 2 questions.
Overall, I can say that my experience is really positive and the interviewer was very friendly. She took time to give information about Net Impact Club after I told her that my post-MBA goal was social impact consulting. She told about her experience at Anderson very sincerely.
Good luck to everyone!
