The interview started off with a couple of questions about my leadership experiences at work and college. I was then asked to elaborate on my work experience and that went on for a while with the alumni showing keen interest. This followed up with a couple of behavioral questions. Since my Post-MBA goal was finance, the alumnus interviewing me asked very specific questions on how Booth will aid my experience. Towards the end, the alumnus described his experience at Booth and talked about his present role.
All in all, I felt the interview went pretty normal, as in there was no point where I was totally impressing the interviewer. I was quite nervous about that, but I still managed to sail through a couple of back-to-back follow up questions on my goals.
