This edition of Real Humans: MBA Students takes us to Nashville, TN, and Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

182 students joined the Owen MBA Class of 2022. Women comprise 32 percent of the class and 17 percent identify as U.S. minorities. Thirteen percent are international students, representing 15 countries, and 12 percent have a military background. During their undergraduate years, their median GPA landed at 3.42.

The Owen MBA Class of 2022 matriculated at an average age of 28 with an average of 5.2 years of work experience. Students came from 154 different companies, including the likes of Bloomberg, Deloitte, Dell and more. When it came time to take the GMAT, the median score of Owen MBAs clocked in at 680. The 80 percent range of scores was 630 to 720.
