Started off with the interviewer giving me a little of their background. Then they asked:
– Walk me through your resume.
– Why MBA/Why now?
– Why Ross?
Then we transitioned to some classic behavioral interview questions like:
Tell me about a time you received negative feedback.
Tell me about a time where you worked with people different than you.
Tell me about a time you disagreed with a manager.
Tell me about a time a project went off the rails.
etc.
We did about 5 of these types of questions then it was my turn to ask questions.
My interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to. Took about 40 minutes total.
