Applied in Round 2. Interviewed on Jan 14th with Adcom on video interview. Adcom had read my application and adcom’s friendliness made me feel at ease from the start

3. What did you learn in experience X (referring to a specific part of my resume)?
4. Why MBA, why now?
5. Back up plan for recruiting?
6. Any questions for me?
Interview lasted about half hour and felt like a friendly conversation. Throughout the application process I feel that the Adcom and Sternies are interested to get to know you better and support you, which I liked.
Received admissions offer after around 2 weeks.
