Say hello to Seattle as we chat with some new members of the Washington Foster MBA Class of 2023 in this edition of Real Humans: MBA Students. 126 students comprise Foster’s latest full-time MBA class. Forty percent of the class are women and international students also make up 40 percent of the student population. Twenty percent are Washington state residents.
During their undergraduate years, Foster MBA candidates averaged a GPA of 3.42. A third of the class had majored in engineering, the leading major of the Washington Foster MBA Class of 2023. Seventeen percent each had studied business or humanities. Twelve percent earned degrees in math and science. Economics was pursued by nine percent of the class during undergrad. Six percent each had studied the social sciences or computer science.
On average, students are 29 and have six years of work experience. When it came time to take the GMAT, the Washington Foster MBA class of 2023 averaged a score of 704 with the 80 percent range of scores landing at 660-740. For those who took the GRE, they averaged scores of 161 Verbal and 160 Quant.
