The student asked me the regular questions: (10-12 minutes)
1. Tell me about yourself.
2. Why MBA, why now, why Darden?
We moved after to discuss behavioral situations: (10 minutes)
1. Tell me a time when you showed leadership.
2. Describe to me your biggest accomplishment.
3. Tell me a time when you faced diversity. What did you learn from that?
Lastly, I ended up asking her 3 questions.
This is it basically. I prepared for much more difficult questions, but it was much fairer.
