A vast majority of the interview was me telling my story. Very casual, and a great opportunity to hit on the things I wanted to highlight. The interviewer had not seen any part of my profile, to include resume.
I went step by step from where I grew up, to college, all the way through where I am now, highlighting why I made the choices I did and what some of my key challenges and accomplishments were.
We then went through the standard Why career change, Why MBA, and Why Darden, and I was able to tie various points of my story back to each of those.
I don’t know that there were any true interview questions other than diving deeper into one or two stories.
At the end I had the opportunity to ask a few questions about Darden and the community. Overall very good experience, providing me a blank canvas to tell my story.
