Adcom led interview with no observer. It was completely resume based and focused on my current work experience. No questions like why an MBA or why HBS. The interviewer did research before the interview and asked me very pointed questions about my company. Overall, it’s hard to prepare for this interview with canned answers, so definitely know your resume and application well.
