The interview experience was amazing. First, an icebreaker comment regarding my pick-six. Then, the questions were:
i. My day-to-day at my current role.
ii. Describe my leadership style.
iii. Why an MBA?
iv. What are the key aspects you consider to choose a business school?
v. Recruitment strategy while at business school & alternative plan.
vi. Describe a time when you faced a challenging situation/setback at work?
vii. What are the positive things and the challenges of working with me from a perspective of a coworker?
The interview took about 25 minutes, and then we had about 5 minutes to some questions from my side.
I applied just before the deadline (08/13) and received the invitation on 10/24. I scheduled my interview for 11/11.
Overall, a great experience.
