Was sent interviewer name + email in advance, so was able to look her up on LinkedIn. She was great at making me feel comfortable and explained that Stanford was looking for very specific attributes in my answers, so she would likely interrupt and ask follow-ups.
Interview ran about 65 mins, including time for questions.
Only 5 questions in total, but went deep on the first three with follow-ups about the situation and reactions.
1. Tell me about an accomplishment you are proud of.
2. Tell me about a time you upskilled someone.
3. Tell me about a time you were blocked from achieving something.
4. Why GSB?
5. Do you have any questions for me?
