The interviewer had not read any part of my application, only had access to my resume.
Questions:
1. Tell me about yourself, your goals and why MBA.
2. Why UNC?
3. Tell me about a challenge you faced while at work or school.
4 TMAT you received constructive feedback.
5. Tell me about a time when you felt or witnessed someone being marginalized. How did you feel? What did you take away from the experience and how has it encouraged you to be an inclusive leader?
6. How do you intend to prevent marginalization going forward as you progress in your career and take on more leadership roles?
7. Any questions for me?
It was a very conversational interview. I asked him a question, but he did not have an answer to it, so he said he would send me an email where I could then respond so that he would forward the question to someone who would have answers to it.
Worthy to note that the questions he asked me were the exact questions that someone else had posted here, the only addition was question six which was like a follow up to my answer to the previous question.
He rounded up by saying that he would send in notes on the interview to the Adcom and that I should expect decision on the decision day.
