I was interviewed by an Adcom who was, without a doubt, the kindest person I met in all my interviews. She followed along with the traditional questions, but also asked follow-ups and seemed genuinely interested in my background. At the end she gave me a heads up that R2 acceptance notifications will likely be sent out before the date listed on their website. The intention is to allow those accepted enough time to plan a trip for admit weekend in April.
She asked the following questions (via Microsoft Teams):
- Tell me about your current job. (Follow-ups related to answer)
- Why MBA?
- Why Marshall?
- What does diversity mean to you?
- Aside from the projects you lead, how have you demonstrated leadership?
- What is your leadership style?
- Have you talked to any current students?
- What do you like to do outside of work? (Follow-ups related to answer)
- Tell me about a book you would recommend.
- Any questions for me?
*Finished with a general chat about admissions notification timeline
I left the interview very impressed with their process. Good luck to everyone interviewing with them!
