I had a Round 1 interview with a very friendly alumna via Zoom. She made me feel comfortable throughout it and the conversation was very chill.
The questions I remember were:
– Quick intros with ice-breaker (have your pitch ready)
– What’s your leadership style?
– How would you co-workers describe you? And your boss?
– What will you bring to Stern?
– Have your worked with diverse teams? Tell me about it.
– Anything else you’d like to tell me?
– Time for my questions.
Go conscious of your leadership traits and with your stories prepared, and just chill – you’ll have a great chat!
