Our guest, Amy Mitson, has been at Tuck since 2000 and currently serves as Director of Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing. She also previously held the role of Sr. Associate Director of the MBA Program Office. Her combined student services and admissions experiences have helped her get acquainted with operations at Tuck, its history, and the vibrant student and alumni communities.

In this interview, Amy sheds light on the Tuck MBA experience and shares her perspective on some key admissions topics. In addition to an insider’s view of what makes Tuck’s community special, Amy talks about AI in the MBA application process and trends in the applicant pool when it comes to target careers.
