Northwestern Kellogg MBA Interview Questions & Report: Round 1 / Adcom / Zoom

The interview was very conversational and my interviewer felt genuinely interested in my responses. As a non-traditional applicant from a nonprofit background, she asked about how I apply quantitative skills in my role. We walked through my resume, I tried to focus on my qualities as a team member because Kellogg is very team-oriented. Was admitted 9/25 🙂
