Was super nervous before the interview, but the Alum made the environment really comfortable. Started off with a brief overview of alum’s background and asked me the following:
Tell me about yourself.
Why MBA?
Why Ross?
TMAT you assisted a team member.
TMAT you dealt with a conflict when working with others.
TMAT you led a team and faced challenges.
Compared to other schools that I have interviewed with, Ross definitely asked more of struggle/perseverance questions. Just something to be aware of. Good Luck.
