We meet some new members of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business MBA Class of 2026 in this edition of our ongoing Real Humans: MBA Students series.

103 students matriculated at Kelley in the Fall of 2024. Forty-six percent are international students and 28 percent are women. U.S. minorities make up 21 percent of the class. During their undergraduate years, the group averaged a 3.4 GPA. Thirty-nine percent had earned undergraduate degrees in science and engineering. Thirty-four percent majored in business administration, while another 23 percent pursued social sciences and humanities. When it came time to take the GMAT, the new Kelley MBA students averaged a score of 683. Those who took the GRE averaged a total score of 319, with the average Quant score landing at 161 and average Verbal score landing at 158.

Behind the class profile stats, the following four featured students reflect the rich diversity of backgrounds that characterize the Kelley MBA program. Chaon Gordon, a former U.S. Army human resources specialist, leverages his military leadership experience to transition into corporate strategy, drawn to Kelley’s close-knit culture and collaborative community. Christian Onuoha, with nearly a decade of experience in global finance roles, values Kelley’s hands-on academies and inclusive atmosphere, seeking to advance in corporate strategy and brand management. Laura Kiepura, a youth development leader, is excited about Kelley’s integrated core curriculum and community-based learning approach, hoping to transition into leadership development roles. Finally, Shreya Bandyopadhyay, a seasoned sales and marketing leader from India’s CPG industry, sees Kelley as a launchpad for her career in product management within the healthcare sector.

Their collective drive, diverse experiences, and shared excitement for the collaborative Kelley environment underscore the strength of the Class of 2026, as they look forward to personal and professional growth within the supportive Kelley community.
