It was done with an alum. They had my resume only. Overall it was very conversational and unstructured, which I prefer.
The typical questions to get to know you, followed by 2-3 behavioral questions (teams, conflicts, decision-making) and a final 20 minutes of questions about the program and their experience. I enjoyed the interview as it didn’t feel like a test and more like an opportunity to show why you fit the program.
